PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Return Policy
Returns
and exchanges are accepted on most items purchased through our website
so long as they HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, and they must
have ALL original tags
attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 10% re-stocking fee will apply on all returns.
SALE ITEMS, INTIMATES, SHOES and ACCESSORIES are all FINAL SALE. Shoes may be exchanged for different size only. Item must be same style and must have prior approval. Contact
customer service via email at kbrownbohorocks@yahoo.com for
authorization. We reserve the right to approve or
decline the request. Exchange only. Absolutely no refunds.
ALL JEWELRY FINAL SALE. We
may allow exchanges or returns for merchandise credit only, on certain
items. However, you must get prior approval. Contact customer service
via email at kbrownbohorocks@yahoo.com for return/exchange
authorization. We reserve the right to approve or
decline the request.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL.
Please contact customer service by email kbrownbohorocks@yahoo.com to
obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# must be written on
the outside of the package you are returning. This number tells us the
return has been authorized. If there is no RA# on package, it will not
be accepted and will be
sent back to the shipper. We strongly suggest you follow these
instructions and your return will be processed smoothly.
All
Returns must be received within 10 days from receipt of purchase. Any
item returned later than the 10 day grace period will not be accepted
and will be returned back to the customer.
Shipping
charges are non-refundable and BOHEMIAN ROCKSTAR does not cover the
cost of return shipping. For this reason we strongly suggest that you
are 100% certain about your items before you purchase. BOHEMIAN ROCKSTAR
also encourages you to insure all items that are returned or exchanged.

Refunds:
Once
we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 15 business
days. You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable
taxes less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that the credit or refund may take up to one full billing
cycle to appear on your statement. Please note that this is out of our
control and is up to your individual banking institution. Please contact
them for information regarding length of time.
Exchanges
All
exchanges must have prior approval(see above) and must be received
within 10 days of receiving your order. Your exchange will be processed
within 2-5 business days. We will do our best to
fulfill your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer
available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund if
the item falls within our return policy.
Damaged or Defective Goods: At BohemianRockstar, we are committed to selling only
first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ
several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged
or defective item, please notify us by email us at kbrownbohorocks@yahoo.com
within 3 days of receiving the order, to be eligible for a refund
Holiday Return Policy:
All orders placed between November 30th and December 23rd must be
postmarked by January 7th in order to qualify for merchandise credit or
exchange. This applies to qualifying items only. Please follow the
instructions above to assure that your returns will be processed
promptly and for a list of non-qualifying items.
Special Order Terms & Conditions
Special
orders may take anywhere from 1-8 weeks (depending on manufacturer) for delivery. Special order items are
ordered from the manufacture special for you. Therefore, all items will
be charged at the time of purchase. Bohemian Rockstar delivers your
order as soon as it arrives to our store. All of our delivery dates are
approximate, because manufacturers regulate this date according to their
production schedules. We have no control over their production
schedules or inventory. We can not cancel any orders after 24 hours of
purchase. No cancellations accepted due to late arrivals. There are no
refunds and no returns on special ordered items. Bohemian Rockstar will
refund your credit card only if we cannot fulfill your order. Special
circumstances may be considered and items may be able to be exchanged
but absolutely no refunds will be issued. Contact customer service for
further details.Pre-order Terms and Conditions When
you pre-order a Bohemian Rockstar item, this product is reserved
especially for you. Since your item is reserved, your credit card is
charged at the time your order is placed. Bohemian Rockstar delivers
your order as soon as it arrives to our store. All of our delivery dates
are approximate, because manufacturers regulate this date according to
their production schedules. We have no control over their production
schedules or inventory. Bohemian Rockstar will refund your credit card
if we cannot fulfill your pre-order. If you cancel your order for any
reason, we will happily offer you online store credit good for any
Bohemian Rockstar item. No returns are accepted on pr-ordered items.
Instead, merchandise credit will be offered for any returned pre-order items
